Collaboration with Dragosfera Team at the Nakayama Cup

On May 5th, 2024, JKA/WF Belarus Chief Instructor Dmitry Osika had the honor of coaching the Dragosfera team alongside Piotr Figura at the esteemed JKA Nakayama Cup in Tarnowo Podgórne, Poland. This collaboration marks an ongoing effort to develop skill and spirit within the team, highlighting the strength of shared training initiatives.

The Dragosfera team demonstrated significant progress in both kata and jiyu-ippon kumite, with competitors showcasing enhanced technique, control, and spirited performance. Their dedication was rewarded with an impressive total of 12 medals, including multiple golds in kata—a testament to the hard work and perseverance of each team member.

Dmitry Osika expressed pride in the team’s development and is eager to continue supporting their journey. This event underscores the value of collaborative coaching within the JKA community, strengthening skills and fostering unity in our shared pursuit of excellence in karate.
