Winter Technical course JKA/WF Belarus: photo & video
On December 24, 2017, the third technical course took place in Minsk, organized by the Belarusian Karate Association (JKA/WF Belarus).

At the seminar the concept of Chu Tanden was examined in detail. Particular attention was paid to the work of the muscles of the back, the use of compression-decompression in the body, the use of loss of balance, proper breathing, and the integration of the principles of kata into kumite.
